Kick-off meeting
The EU-OPENSCREEN kick-off meeting takes place on November 22-23 in Brussels.
Please note that the meeting is restricted to invited participants.

Meeting place
The kick-off meeting (November 22 + 23) takes place on the premises of the European Commission (Committee of Regions building), Rue Belliard 99-101, Meeting Room JDE 70.
The evening lecture on Monday, November 22, takes place at the KoWi - Kooperationsstelle EU der Wissenschaftsorganisationen, Rue du Trône 98.

Airport travel information – Train
The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level -1). Up to 4 trains per hour connect the airport to Brussels North, Brussels Central and Brussels Midi stations.
You can use the following connections:
Go to Brussels Central and change to Metro line 5, direction Herrmann-Debroux, or Metro line 1, direction Stockel. Please get off at Schumann (30-31 min).
Go to Brussels Midi and change to Metro line 6 or 2, direction Simonis Elisabeth. Please get off at Trône (33-34 min).

Airport travel information – Bus (MIVB/STIB)
The bus station is located on level 0, one floor down from the arrivals hall. All MIVB/STIB buses depart from platform C. The Airport Line is an express service (journey time 30-40 min) between Brussels Airport and the European quarter (Schumann and Luxembourg station).
From Monday to Friday until 8 pm the Airport Line carries the number 12 and serves the major stops. On weekdays after 8 pm, on Saturday, Sunday and holidays the Airport Line carries the number 21 and serves all stops.
You can purchase a ticket before boarding the bus from the GO vending machine located on platform C.
